First of all you have to Download Free that Theme I'm providing you, for DOWNLOAD you have to click on The Below Download link which i mentioned At Bottom of the post, just click on that link and you will be redirected to the Gdrive page with Our Premium theme.
So click on Download this theme option of There is any warning from Google drive Or GDrive that the file is Virus Infected then don't Worry click on download Anyway Option and You will get an zip file for Download.
After Downloading the Zip file you have to extract it , Used any Zip Rar Extracter after tha open the Folder And search For
VideoDownload.XML File in it thats your Main file That You want for The Installation Of theme...Now if you wants to know how to install the file then you can Go to our channel where i already make a video in detail , how to make a blog part -1 , so you can watch that video too.

Theme Preview :
1) First of open Blogger.com and login To Your blog
2) Then Click on theme option And click on edit HTML option
3) Delete All the code which is present there, and minimize the window
4) Now open our videodownload.xml click on edit option Copy The All code given in the file.
5) Now Open our blogger window
6) And paste all the code on the window where you deleted the code before
7) Click On Save Option
8) and thats it It's Done.
9) You successfully change your blogger Theme.
