Pani Puri recipe - How to make at home ?

Ingredients: 


1)  40  Puri ( Readymade available in Store )
2) one medium or two small Onion finely chopped (optional)
3) 1/2 cup Sev
4) 1/4 cup Date Tamarind chutney (optional )

1) 1/2 cup Mint Leaves
2) 1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
3) 1-2 chopped Green Chilli,
4) 1/2 chopped (or to taste) inch pieces of Ginger medium size
5) Three Lemon
6) one tablespoons Sugar
7) 1/4 teaspoon Chaat Masala Powder
8) teaspoons Black Salt (kala namak / sanchal)
9) 4 tablespoons Bundi
10) Salt taste
11) 4 cups Water


Ingredients For sweat Pani : 

1) Tomato Catchup 
2) Tomato Saus 
3) Tamarind + water according to Taste


 Ingredients for Masala:

1) 1½ cups boiled, peeled and mashed Potato (5 small Or 3 medium)
2) 1/2 cup boiled Kala Chana
3) 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder for Taste
4) 1/2 teaspoon Cumin-Coriander Powder
5) 1/4 teaspoon Chaat Masala Powder
6) 2 tablespoons finely chopped Coriander Leaves
7) Salt to taste



Pani Puri recipe - How to make at home ?

Important Note to consider : 

         Dry up the kala chana (1/4 cup) for 7-8 hours or Full night in water to make pani puri. 
         Boil the chana and potatoes with salt and water in a pressure cooker for 3-4 whistles on the medium flame Fire or until they cooked .


1) Wash coriander and mint leaves in water and take all the ingredients of pani.

2) Add And mix All mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli, ginger and lemon juice (lemon juice is added for prevent the mint leaves from turning dark while grinde ) in the small chutney jar of a grinder.

3) Grind Until Smoth paste Is Takes place. Used Water according To need

4) collect the paste into a large bowl and add sugar, chaat masala powder, black salt and 4 cups water. mix it properly.

5) Taste for the salt and add as required. Now your Pani is ready. place it in a refrigerator for at least 1-hour before Eating Or place it in same Room temperature.

*Making of Masala For Pani puri : 

   Take Boil potato, chana,chilli powder, cumin-coriander powder, chaat masala powder, coriander leaves and salt (add only if you have not added while boiling the potatoes and chana) in a bowl.
Mix it properly Your masala is ready ..!!


Assembly Of Pani with puri : 

1) Take puri one by one and gently make a large hole on its top-middle side with a spoon or your finger or thumb to place masala in it.

2) Place Some masala in that hole of pani puri And Dd some pani Which we makde already....
