1) First You Have To Go to The Instagram App.

2) Open The Profile Of that person who's Profile Image you wants To View in a large Size.

3) Click on the three Dots on The upper Right side.

4) Now Select the option of "copy Profile URL" as shown in image.

5) Now open Any Note Editor And Paste that URL there.

6) Now Copy The Username Of the Profile only, As shown in below image.

7) Now next Step, Goto The Following Website.

8) Paste the Username Of the Profile on Search username tab which We copy From the Note Editor.

10) Now it will show Some Results, Confirm your Profile Within Showing Results and select them.

11) Scroll Down and You Will see The Instagram Profile Is showing there with Number Of Followers.

12) Now Click On "Full Size" option to views Profile Image.

13) Scroll down And you will see the Download option of the Profile picture that you wants to View or download.

So You Can see Anyone's profile picture on the instagram Without knowing them, even if you are not following them.
